Being a small family owned and operated company allows us to focus more on each and every customer's individual needs and assure a positive experience for everyone! We're constantly looking for new innovative ways to simplify the whole dumpster rental process and one of the things we learned very early on was that the residential side of our industry hadn't changed much over the last decade or so and there was definitely room for improvement. Especially when it came to the standard billing process so that's when we developed our straightforward pricing model and once we implemented it into our business we saw an immediate improvement in our customers ability to easily understand exactly what they were paying for. The next thing we noticed was that there were a lot of consumers that were searching for more of a driveway friendly dumpster solution so we went back to the drawing board and came up with a solution which we quickly discovered was a huge success so we decided to invest in upgrading our entire fleet to these new units and we've been using them ever since. Last but not least we discovered that some of our customers were really interested in having more flexibility in terms of how long they kept a dumpster on their property so we decided to start offering two, five and seven day time frames each with different price ranges which saves money for people that only want a dumpster for a couple of day's but still gives them the option to have it for longer if they need it. So in short we simply listen to our customers and try to implement new strategies to give them exactly what they're looking for in a dumpster rental company.
